I have now completed my ILM Level 7 Coaching Leaders and Managers Diploma and support my clients one-to-one to help them reach their professional and career goals. I design training programmes and am keen on writing Blogs on self-development issues.

I led a team of Family Support Workers and volunteers and we supported parents, young people and children when there were issues with managing behaviour. I ran parenting groups too in partnership with local schools

الاهتمامات: I live in the English countryside so it is easy for me to explore and enjoy nature in my free time. I try to keep fit and healthy so I am following a healthy diet and walking and running to build up my fitness levels and lose a little weight.

I have my own Coaching and Mentoring business and I support female managers and leaders to reach their full potential and I am most interested in those who are working on their language and communication skills.

I love reading and learning about good time management and great self-care and I am a dedicated journal writer too.

My love of animals is huge - the wildlife in England is spectacular and I have several pets at home too. This year I am hoping to grow fresh vegetables in my garden so I hope that the British weather will be kind to me over the summer.
