Profession: English Teacher and Yoga Teacher

Interests: My main interest is health and wellbeing. I practise yoga, cycle and run (with two marathon medals under my belt.)
My second passion is cooking. I love experimenting with new cuisines and especially love cooking for other people.
My other interests include new cultures and countries, the environment and reading.
