Provided 6 months voluntary help tutoring English to a Somalian lady not literate in her own language. At the end of 6 months she was able to form basic sentences in English including being able to go the bank, post office, and getting groceries.

Provided private English lessons on Skype for 2 and a half years to individuals. Helped students with speaking, reading, grammar and vocabulary and phrasal verbs and idioms in English. Helped one student pass her Canadian government English test.

Interests: I have many interests. I love to draw and paint in my spare time. I also love animals and had a beige Cocker Spaniel named Maggie. I also love to go on nature hikes and in my spare time I love to read about famous people's lives on Wikipedia. I also enjoy swimming in my spare time and of course I love to meet new people!
