Interests: I love the world of Alternative Health and Self development. I read a lot and apply what I learn as away to empower myself and keep a healthy mind. I love to cook, dance, write poetry, practice yoga and meditation.

Education: Graduate of the University of Montana-Missoula with a Bachelors in Education and minor in Health and Human Performance.

I am also a certified TEFL instructor, Reiki Master, Barre instructor and Sisterlocks Consultant.
