Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit holder by Commission on Teacher Credentialing to serve as a day-to-day substitute teacher in any classroom. Also taught Special Day Classes for students with autism, Down syndrome, and other disabilities.

Intérêts: My dad's hobby was computers, and he built his first computer in 1975. I was the only kid in high school who had a computer at home. I started working at his office during the summer when I was 15 years old. I struggled with university, and after a year I joined the US Air Force, but was injured during basic training, so came home - and got a job. Then I went back to school again. I was in and out. I wasted 20 years of my life having a reduced income because I wouldn't stay in school and FINISH. I always worked and went to school at night. Anyway, I started out as a receptionist at a software company, then became an administrative assistant at a property management company. Later, I became an assistant to a real estate agent and got my sales license. I sold real estate for awhile. Then went back into a corporate job. I also had my business license and I would do freelance work on the side - write people's resumes (CVs), design brochures, help other small business owners get organized. In a way, my history looks very confused and unstable, but really my whole career has been revolving around real estate, property management, and finance (home loans). The last seven years I have been self-employed and doing bookkeeping as a subcontractor for a friend's bookkeeping business. At this point, I have over 30 years of business experience, including owning my own business since I was 25. I am always engaged in professional development activities and courses and am currently using OpenAI GPT-4 and Google Gemini, and trying to learn DALL-E and Midjourney. At the beginning of 2024 I also began working as a Substitute Teacher for primary and secondary public schools in my city. Wow!! You want to talk about an eye-opening experience, working with teenagers and younger children. It's the hardest job I have ever done.
