Profession: Operations Manager in a call centre

Interests: I love exploring and travel frequently - i have safaried in Africa, been Shark Diving and completed the second highest bungee Jump in the world! I live abroad from the UK as i think learning should never stop. I am currently learning to speak the South African Tribal language Zulu and teach kids from the local orphanage how to speak English

Education: I have a Higher National Diploma in Law awarded from Bradford University in the UK at Distinction Grade

I also hold a professional designation from the CCMG board of South Africa which is the professional body of contact center management
