관심 분야: Obviously, I enjoy yoga! I advise my yoga students in health and wellness, lifestyle choices, and general diet. I read a LOT! I'm a pretty good cook, and I just taught myself how to crochet. I'm also studying Chinese. My favorite things are my morning coffee, cats, nature hikes, and quiet, thoughtful moments. Students often say my classes are encouraging, supportive, funny, and entertaining. The more you teach, the more you learn. That being said, I am a lifelong learner and teacher at heart.

학력: I have a 144 hour TESOL certificate from Language Corps Asia. I have also studied quite a bit of yoga over the years, both in the states and India (RYT 500, E-RYT 200). Yoga truly is my passion!
