I have been teaching English to children for 5+ years. I have taught children in many different countries around the world and have now taught more than 3,000 lessons!

Interests: My name is Gemma and I am from the south of England. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to live in different parts of the UK, and now live in South Wales (also in the UK). I’m passionate about learning, and I love discovering new things—whether it’s through reading, watching documentaries, or exploring different parts of the world.

Travelling is one of my greatest joys, and I’ve been lucky enough to visit many countries and immerse myself in diverse cultures. This curiosity and love for learning about the world around me is something I bring into my teaching. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and learning from my students, too!

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family and on my other interests. I’m fascinated by wildlife, technology, food, art, and culture—all of which provide endless topics for engaging conversations. I believe that exploring these subjects not only makes learning English more enjoyable, but also helps broaden our understanding of the world.

I’m excited to share my passion for learning and culture with your child, and I look forward to helping them on your English language journey!
