Interests: I live on my boat and have sailed from Florida, through the Bahamas, past Jamaica, down to Panama and through the canal, then up the west coast of Central America to Mexico. I enjoy being on the water in power boats or sailboats.
I have a small toucan as a pet. She was captive-bred and lives on the boat with me. I have had several different types of pets, but I like birds the best.
I enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, scuba diving, snorkeling - just about anything that lets me be outside!

Education: I went to school to be a paramedic, someone who is part of an ambulance team and transports emergency patients to the hospitals after car accidents, heart attacks and other urgent problems. I have been on a Search and Rescue team in the past and have also had many years in medical clinics.
