I worked in South Korea in an international kindergarten and also taught elementary aged children in the after school program. I taught different subjects through English - Art, Reading, Music, Critical Thinking to 5-12 year olds.

I have been tutoring both children and adults online for 6+ years.
I have experience teaching students from 4- 80 years old from all over the world. I enjoy teaching all age groups and can tailor my lessons to their interests and needs.

University Experience
Education
As part of my Masters training I led speech and language therapy sessions to children and parents. We focused on specific sounds and aspects of language during these sessions using age appropriate materials and games.

兴趣: Hi, I’m Meg from Ireland! Since 2017, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to live and explore different parts of the world. I spent three wonderful years in England working as a Speech and Language Therapist, helping adults in an acute teaching hospital. Although I’m now on a career break, I still love tutoring and helping others learn in my spare time.

I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable, and I bring that same energy to my tutoring sessions. I enjoy chatting about languages, foods from around the world, and all the amazing places I’ve visited. Outside of tutoring, you’ll often find me playing the ukulele, hiking in nature, or hanging out with my friends.

Education
I received an honours degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway. I studied linguistics, history, literature, translation and culture as part of my languages degree. I took an interest in refugee and children's human rights law.



MSc Speech and Language Therapy
Medicine
I completed my Masters at the University of Essex, UK. I studied providing assessments, treatment, support and care for children and adults who have difficulties with communication, or with eating, drinking and swallowing.
