Profession: Makeup Artist

Interests: I have many interests but the one that I invest the most time into is cosplay. Cosplay is the combination of the words costume and play, meaning that I like to dress up as fictional characters and take pictures or go to conventions. Cosplay is what sparked my love for makeup artistry, if I do not have the time or resources to do a full cosplay trying a fun makeup look is a good alternative. I am a fan of a large range of characters from Disney princesses to superheros.

Education: I graduated with a high school diploma in 2015, then after volunteering as an English teacher in Russia and China I went to UVU (Utah Valley University) for one semester in the Fall of 2017. I was studying English but stopped going to school and changed jobs in the spring of 2018 to pursue becoming a makeup artist. I hope to start cosmetology school in the fall of 2019.
