兴趣: I practice a Zen Buddhist way of living - simple living watching wildlife, gardening and working on being peaceful.

I have spent the last few years in and out of Buddhist monasteries training the mind through meditation to live in a way that is joyful. I never know where I will be in the future as I live from one moment to the next. I have done many different things in my life from riding motorbikes, to scuba diving, to working on blueberry farms and sewing.
