So far I've been to Vietnam, Greece, France, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Bali, Thailand, St. Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, Hong Kong, South Korea (where I lived for 9.5 years & visited Dok-do). I adore talking about healthy eating, living a healthy lifestyle, natural skin & hair care as well as learning about other cultures. Oh and I love food: Trini roti, shakshuka, Pho, pad Thai, NY & Italian style pizza and 찜닭 are a few.
