Profession: Mathematics, yoga and Pilates teacher and writer.

Interests: My interests include health, fitness and nutrition. I regularly run, swim and cycle as well a teach and take part in yoga and Pilates classes. In the past, I did a lot of traveling around the world.

Education: I went to school in NW London in the UK and then did a BSc Geography degree in Plymouth UK. I then traveled around the world and took a teaching qualification at Brunel University in NW London when I returned.
