Intérêts: I love everything about exercise, the gym, yoga and a lot of different sports! When I have time I enjoy reading and writing and spending much time out in nature walking with my toddler and dog.

All I ask from my students is to be on time/punctual and to enjoy the learning journey.

Éducation: Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition.
