Profession: Previously a library tech working with books and the circulation desk, along with customer service at a haunted house.

Interests: Hello! I enjoy painting, crafts, art, and the sciences. I love to learn, and will learn everything that I can about a topic so I can share that knowledge and excitement with my peers. I have two cats named Smitten and Night Sky, and I am an aunt to two lovely kids. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and geology. A memorable life experience that I would like to share is that when I was 8, I had open heart surgery and while I was in recovery, one of the therapy animals at the children's hospital was a Shetland pony named Petey.

Education: I graduated high school with honors, I have an Associate's degree in Natural Science, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have student taught and worked with students on both the elementary and middle school levels for 7 years in the professional setting, but for a total of 9 years with volunteer work included. I am not a medical student, but I am very familiar with medical terminology due to my own personal life experiences.
