I was responsible for assessing and evaluating new residents who would be admitted to the nursing/rehabilitation center I worked for. I built amazing relationships with the nurse case managers and other hospital personnel to achieve this.

I was the Executive Director of a residential health care community for older adults. I oversaw the everyday operations of the community including the sales/marketing, dining services, maintenance and financial departments.
