After owning my very own Restaurant on the Costa Del Sol in Spain, I was invited to Thailand to help teach hospitality to a 5-star resort for 2 months but stayed rather longer.

I worked in Laos as a voluntary teacher in my village in the north of Laos called Muang Khuoa near Oudomxay. My English lessons attracted 128 local village kids from 4 to 17 years old, i also helped the UNODC in that region.
