Profession: Editor of a tourism website

Intérêts: Tennis, chess, poker, backgammon, scrabble, US & world politics. I enjoy both music and movies from all around the world. I left the USA to teach ESL for a year in Spain when I was 20 years old. I have since lived in 15 other countries, mostly doing travel writing and editing. Besides fluent Spanish, I've also learned to speak French and Portuguese at a basic level, which helps me to understand what it's like for students who are learning English as a second language.

Éducation: English major at the University of Texas at Austin. Minored in Philosophy and Sociology.
