Interesses: I am a published creative writer. I write memoir, creative nonfiction, and prose poetry. I do meditation and yoga every day, and I enjoy hiking and biking. My writing focuses on difficult experiences (trauma) and how we can heal and overcome these experiences through things like writing, meditation, and yoga. I love to travel and have been all over Canada, the U.S.A., South Korea, and Vietnam; I have also travelled in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany; and I live in Thailand!

Educação: Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and History from Carleton University; Master's in History from Queen's University; TEFL from TEFL Full Circle; Diploma in University Teaching from the University of New Brunswick; certificate in suicide prevention and experience in peer counseling
