Education: truly, I am a certified pastry chef preparing myself for a change in careers as I move toward learning about holistic nutrition and acupuncture. In regards to english training, I have taken a business english class for legal office operations and I've also obtained my TESOL certification. I have volunteered with a group helping people who are immigrating to Canada with their english - the group uses the principles from ToastMasters to help people gain confidence in their conversation skills.
