Interests: I love writing and I've recently fallen in love with coaching. I'm launching my business at the moment.

I like travelling and I'm lucky because I live in London and southern Spain.

I enjoy spending time with my family, meeting friends and going for coffee or a long walk.

I appreciate architecture and the buzz of city life and I also love being in nature.

I practise yoga, meditation and mindfulness and I like swimming and riding my bike. I'm blessed to be the mother of two wonderful children and I have a new granddaughter.
