興趣: Hello, I'm Rick and I love keeping active and being out in nature, some of my favourite things to do are cycling, walking, gym and camping. I'm also passionate about travelling and meeting people from around the world and that is actually what has inspired me to teach English as I have often shared this skill in various countries I've visited (whilst also trying to immerse myself in those cultures too). I am an advocate for health and wellbeing and practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga and healthy diet. But occasionally, i like to party :)
