I am a qualified civil and building engineer and I have opened and run four start-up companies , two in South Africa and two in Spain for many years. The one benefit is learning about new cultures, which is a real joy for me. I enjoy watching rugby, Formula 1, and keeping up with current events. I currently live in Spain, but I have also lived in Dubai, Bahrain, Netherlands and South Africa, for a long time, after leaving the United Kingdom. I have travelled extensively, especially in the USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, and parts of Asia.
