My motivation is to connect individuals, families, communities and industry with the skills and knowledge to build healthy and resilient food systems in cities around the world. I am also the father of two wonderful adult children and I am a proud grandfather.

학력: I have an Honours degree in Applied Biology from the Hatfield Polytechnic and a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter in the UK.
