As a data analyst I look at information to help reduce areas of frustration for our members or providers, as well as find ways to improve and smooth current processes.

Subject Matter Expert

As a Subject Matter Expert, or SME, I was responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring members of my team, as well as others in our department. A large part of this role was the training or coaching to ensure confidence in our processors.

Interests: I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures, exploring new learning opportunities, and maintaining a positive outlook on life. I am also always looking for something else to learn and am currently finishing up my Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I will be graduating in December 2025. I am also a mom and know how hard it can be to juggle work, family, and learning.

Aside from all of that I have a lot of interests that I enjoy. Some of these include reading, gardening, sewing, cooking, photography, and the study of how we think and why we act the way we do sometimes.
