المهنة: I am currently a Llife coach, a Tai Chi Teacher and a workshop facilitator.

الاهتمامات: We can talk about fitness, walking in nature, cycling and meditation. I also teach Tai Chi and run workshops in this. I am a massage therapist. I am from London, but I live in Scotland. I have a good knowledge of the British Isles having lived in several places. I like travel and was on Greece and Thailand this year. I love to cook healthy food!

التعليم: I have a qualification in teaching adults. I am educated up to Advanced level and my professional qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology and Body work and in Chinese Medicine are Higher Diplomas.
I went to Grammar school in London and then to Art school.
I am now most interested in personal development and coaching and so am at the Findhorn Foundation near Inverness in Scotland studying these.
I am qualified to teach Adults
