A short contract brought me to Japan where I taught in an immersion program 10 hours a day at an all girls college. It was a great experience.

I taught for one year at a university in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I taught mixed classes of full on subjects in the international department. It seemed, that year the teachers were getting sick one and I became like a professional substitute for them.

I worked up in Rammecchap,Nepal for about 1 year in a place where there was no electricity or running. The school was the poorest school I could ever imagine. There were no doors, no windows, only a structure and hard wooden benches . I love Nepal

興味: I love cooking and creating delicious and healthy desserts.I love dark chocolate but am trying to do it with sugar alternatives. I love all kinds of music. I I love world music and the many types of music of Southeast Asia . I love all kinds of percussion instruments. My exercise passion is with yoga, dance aerobics, and any flowing movement of exercise. I love swimming and snorkeling. I have tried to scuba dive but I haven't been as successful with that as I would like to be. I also love my boogie board when there are good waves.to ride on. I love waterfalls,
butterflies and of course the ocean and nature. I prefer to live a simple life in a quiet place. I love Asian philosophy and have a very high regard for the traditional healing arts. I love to eat clean healthy food and am open to trying new styles of food .I love food from all over the world, especially if it has a little chili in it.. I recently began making sour dough bread and fermenting different kinds of fruits and vegetables. To me ,it's like a form of meditation. It doesn't always turn out the way I want but it's fun to try. I have a wonderful dog named Lilly. A huge monitor lizard came into my room the other day and she chased it out. Now I call her Lilly the Lizard Queen. I love my dog!
