Intérêts: I’m a language lover and lifelong learner who’s lived in several countries—in addition to the US, I've lived in Russia, Germany, and Spain. I know the ups and downs of learning a new language: the excitement, the confusion, and days when it is too much I focus not only on teaching, but on how it feels to learn—especially speaking.

I’m fluent in English (native speaker), and conversational in Spanish and Russian. So, I understand how scary it can be to open your mouth and try. But with the right partner, that fear can turn into fluency.
