I have recently gone into business with an old friend setting up our own craft beer company. It is still in the early stages but it is a very exciting venture.

Intérêts: I'm a big music nerd, I'm always on Spotify. I Play guitar, like to read and watch films. I love art in general, especially visual and performative. I used to work in bars when I was younger and I was working in breweries up until last year. I am very proficient in all aspects of alcohol production, from beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and even coffee. I love going out to try new food and drinks in interesting places. I travel a lot and love learning new things from talking to people.

I studied music technology at LIT in Ireland for four years. Modules included Live sound, studio production, electronic engineering, mixing and music theory
