Intérêts: I am a keen sports woman, I spend my time travelling the world to teach and go kite surfing as well as during and horse riding. I also am a qualified mental health nurse and love exploring mindfulness and ways to enhance mental health and wellbeing through life experiences. I love spending time living in other countries and learning about cultures through time.
