I am a highly experienced teacher from the United Kingdom, living in South East Asia!
I hold a teaching certificate and have been teaching for over 12 years, working for various online teaching companies, corporate businesses and my own private course.
I have often had the opportunity to teach underprivileged kids in villages in Indonesia during my time here! Which is such a blessing to be able to help kids who do not have the resources to learn otherwise.
I love to help kids and adults learn to their best abilities, I believe that being bilingual is one of the best skills the world has to offer and opens up endless opportunities!
As a bilingual teacher myself, I understand the unique challenges that can come with learning a second language and how we can overcome the struggles by using my unique strategies gained through many years of experience.
I have a very desired and neutral British accent, that is clear and easy to understand!
I like to really focus on teaching excellent pronunciation, manner, grammar and conversational skills during my classes, but at the same time I like to create a bond and treat my students as friends, because this helps them to learn more while they feel happy with their teacher during class and always look forward to the next lesson!
I add lots of fun and games into my classes!
I teach beginners all the the way through to advanced, because I believe we can always learn something new no matter how good we are!
Besides being an English Teacher, I am also a business woman, surfer singer, songwriter and musician! I love to travel in my spare time and learn new languages! I am currently fluent in Indonesian, Malaysian and learning level of Spanish, Chinese and a little Arabic.
