Interests: I love to travel and learn new things, including languages, and have been to several countries including Congo and the Philippines. Anything creative and artistic is right up my ally, especially dance, and I of course love yoga and other wellness practices.

Education: I have a Diploma in Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and a Certificate in Life Coaching from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
