Profession: I am a Somato Respiratory Integration Facilitator and also a ceramicist.

Interests: I love working to uplift people. I am a Somato Respiratory Integration Facilitator. I'm a ceramicist. I play percussion. I have a regular yoga practice and love to swim and dance. I live a five minute walk from the Mediterranean.

Education: I have an MA in Elementary Education, a BA in Literature, a State of California Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, a Bilingual (Spanish) Cross cultural Language and Academic Development Certificate.
I also have a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certificate, Level 1 and 2  Sat Nam Rasayan Healing Certificate, and a Mindfulness in Education Intensive Certificate,
