I have a varied professional background, starting in journalism and writing, then working as a complementary holistic therapist and over the last years I worked in charities giving advice on welfare issues for older people. I am now semi-retired.

I love reading, history, walking, nature and animals, cosmology, politics, travel, theatre, arts, culture. I am a football fan and support Arsenal in the Premier League, but happy to chat about any sport or football.
