Interests: I have been teaching English to adults since 2005. I have taught university students in Japan, in a South Korean 'hagwon', and in universities and language centers here at home in the United States.

In addition to teaching English to adults, I write English books for learners who wish to improve their speaking, reading and writing skills. My most recent book, Social & Scientific Issues in Focus: An English-Language Learner's Guide, deconstructs social and scientific literature for those who aim to improve their language skills.
