I worked as an Assistant in a state run Daycare/Preschool. In the mornings we taught Preschool with kids 3 and 4 years old and in the afternoon we had an after school program for kids aged kids 5-13 years.

Substitute Teacher

I took over a class when the regular teacher was absent. I followed the teacher's lesson plans if it was only for a day or two and developed my own if I was a long term substitute. I taught grades Kindegarten through 5th grade.

Swim Coach
Sports and Athletics
I was a Competitive Swim Team Coach for a local swim team. I taught children ages 6 to 18 how to swim and to compete against other swim teams.

Timber Sale Planner
Environment
I worked for the Forest Service helping to plan timber sales. I checked for endangered species of plants or animals, put up signs around the perimeter of the sale, and led a crew to mark the trees that were to be cut.

Gift Shop Manager and Information Desk Attendant
Hospitality and Tourism, Retail
I worked an Information Desk where tourists could stop and ask questions as to how to get to their destination or the most scenic route. I also was the manager of a small gift shop keeping the inventory and running the cash register for sales.

Interessi: I raise Miniature and Toy-sized Australian Shepherds. I love to play frisbee and do agility with them as well as go to dog shows. I love to hike, fish, garden, sew and quilt as well as play a little piano or guitar.
