I was an English as a Second Language Specialist in Texas at Texas Serenity Academy from 2015 - 2019. I became the Lead Teacher for my team and was offered the ESL Director position in 2019, but I moved home to help my brother in Alabama instead.

Interests: I am an author [Griselda the Toulouse Goose; Dr. Z's Nuts and Bolts: A Story of Deer Mice], a certified teacher, and hold a Juris Doctorate. I have taught Business English with IOR global to Airbus employees as well as ESL. In addition to those interests, I love photography, beach life, live theatre, all sorts of music (bluegrass, opera, Japanese drum music), reading, and, of course, teaching. I also love pets: right now I have a Syrian teddy bear hamster named Quill.
