I lived in China for more than 10 years and have traveled to another 20+ countries. I have been scuba diving inside WWII shipwrecks in the Philippines, hiked to the summit of Kilimanjaro, and driven a car on the wrong side of the road in Malta. I am a complete foodie and love to cook.
