Now a fully qualified Sports & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist. Helping people with rehabilitation from injuries and general aches and pains from daily life.

Interests: I love travelling; my favourite place is India! I completed a Yoga course there in 2020.
I also love hiking; I've hiked to Annapurna Basecamp in Nepal and completed the UK National 3 Peaks. I love a challenge!
I enjoy being out in nature and I adore animals.
My hobbies are: staying active, cooking delicious vegan food & reading. I'm also learning to speak French so I understand how tricky it can be learning another language.
