Profession: I am retired, but before I retired I was involved in the hospitality industry firstly as Human Resource, then as a General Manager Manager

Intérêts: I am an a avid reader, enjoying anything from 50 Shades of Grey to 21 Lesson for the 21st Century. I love long distance hiking because it allows me to get close to nature. I have a strong interest in health and the relationship humans have with food. I enjoy crime dramas especially anything that uses profiling as I love

Éducation: I am a life long learner with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. and Human Resources A diploma in Accounting, Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy and Life Coaching. I am also a qualified chef and patissier. I am a trained behavioural profiler.

I am currently doing short courses in Creative Writing and Permaculture
