From 2008 to 2020 I worked with Ibiza Rocks and Pikes. I built the human resources department from scratch when the company started growing. I also concentrated on Training and Development. It was an atmosphere of entertainment and hospitality.

I worked for Carnival Cruise Lines from 2004 to 2006 first as a Corporate trainer then a Training and Development Manager. I trained crew in a variety of topics i.e. Safety training, English classes, Crowd and Crisis Management just to name a few

Interests: Travel is my main interest and hobby as I feel that it is the best way to learn a new language, a new culture, meet new people and taste new foods!
I love nature and walking.
Cooking and eating are great passions of mine although I eat more than I cook :-).
I love going to the cinema too.
I lived abroad in Paris, the Caribbean, Spain and Italy.
