Profession: Hospitality Management in Le Marche, Italy

Interests: I love to travel, especially in my motorhome and have visited Portugal, Morocco, Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium & France in recent years. I also have travelled round the world, my favourite spots being New Zealand, Thailand & Canada. My other hobbies include skiing, carpentry, hiking in our beautiful Sibillini National Park, cycling, animal welfare including raising money for animals displaced in the earthquake areas, socialising, cooking & good food & wine!
