I come from a big family, the second-oldest of 8 children. Most of my family lives in Texas, where I go to visit as often as I can.🤠

My education and my career has focused on fitness and health.💪🏼 I love learning about the human body and I love helping people. I've traveled all over the world doing this, in Mexico, Australia, Norway. For much of it, my students on Cambly joined along the way.🌍

I love this platform because it has allowed me to meet so many interesting people from all over the world! I've had students from Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, China, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and so many other amazing places! 💚
