Interests: I am an avid traveller and feel lucky to have had the opportunity to visit every continent including Antarctica. My travel experience has given me an appreciation of different cultures, and I love talking to people from around the world. At home I enjoy cooking and especially baking cakes. Whenever I get the chance I head out into the great outdoors to go hiking in the English countryside.
