Interesses: I enjoy travelling when possible and finding out about the history and cultures of countries visited. I consider myself a life-long-learner and enjoy spending time reading, listening to music, watching movies and walking. I practice mindfulness, meditation and Reiki regularly.


I currently work in the Health & Wellbeing sector but I also have many years experience working in scientific and laboratory based roles.
