I worked for 22 years in Namibia as a guide. I worked in lodges and led tours around the whole of Namibia. After a few years, I started to train tour guides. While training guides, I helped them learn English as a part of their training.

Intereses: I was born in South Africa and grew up in various parts of Africa. I studied nature conservation. I worked for 22 years as a tour guide and guide trainer in Namibia, a country in Africa. During the Covid time, I took time to teach myself programming and moved to the United Kingdom to work as a software developer. I'm a husband and a father.

I have done some language learning, and most recently, I have been teaching myself Spanish. So I know the struggle of trying to learn a new language.

I studied towards a three-year diploma in nature conservation. I never finished, and have two subjects remaining, but it remains an interest and a passion.
