This position combined customer service training of the internal team and reviewing the performance and quality standards of hotels. Creating action plans with many suggestions to help improve their ratings on review sites and reduce complaints.

Interests: I love to travel and experience different cultures and sample the local food. I am native of UK but I have lived over 20 years abroad in various parts of Spain, Canary Islands and even Cuba.
I am keen to keep myself fit and regularly go for long walks along the coastline where I live. But of course afterwards it is always lovely to relax on the sofa and watch a movie.

Education: BA Hons Business Administration with Marketing

Covering many modules including, international and domestic marketing, basic Spanish, economics, advertising etc
