I have been acting for 30 years so language and its expression is very much what I love. Having also worked as an exercise teacher teaching all ages and levels, I love empowering people to be the best version of themselves mentally and physically.

Intérêts: I love being outdoors, hiking, running, gym and walking my beloved Jack Russell. I love easy cycling and my greatest love is acting. I love music and people and especially empowering young people to believe in themselves and their natural abilities.
