My name is Cheryl and I am 35 years old.
I am from Scotland, which is a place in the UK and I
have a neutral accent.
I have a cat named Kimura who is 2 years old. She is an
Arabian Mau.
For the last 6 years I have been living in the United Arab
Emirates and working as a teacher for young children. I
speak a little Arabic.
I have a house in Brazil and I have just moved there this
month to live by the beach. I am currently learning to
speak Portuguese, which is a challenge that I really enjoy.
I have lived abroad for over 7 years.
I have visited many countries and I am hoping to visit
Japan and China in the future as well as many other
countries.
I am a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I love to train
and keep fit.
I have completed a 120 hour TEFL course and a 50 hour
TEFL Young Learners certification, as well as a 50 hour
Business English certification.
I believe that every learner is unique and therefore
differentiation is very important to ensure that each
individual is able to reach their full potential as a learner.
